Summit has a panel of CNS focused zebrafish disease model that can be used for the discovery of novel hit compounds or for the reprofiling of known drugs. These disease models are target independent or ‘black box’ screens and therefore probe multiple targets within a pathway simultaneously.

We currently have validated models in the following areas:

• Huntington’s disease
• Multiple sclerosis
• Cognition
• Epilepsy
• Osteoporosis

Summit is also developing assays in the following areas: Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, satiety, dependency/addiction, emesis and Duchene muscular dystrophy.

Our approach is flexible and we are happy to discuss collaborations across single or multiple therapy areas.
